What we paint
Flip phone housings, watch cases, MP3 player shells, camera bodies, and custom parts we make in-house. Send us a reference (a colour code, a swatch, a picture of something you saw) and we'll work to it. If your device has a hinge or sliding mechanism, we take it apart, paint the components separately, and reassemble so the finish doesn't crack at the joints.
Finishes we offer
Matte, satin, and gloss. Solid colour matches (Pantone or RAL), metallics, two-tone, and accent details. Every paint job gets a clearcoat sealer for chip and scratch resistance.
The process
- Disassemble. Every removable part comes off so seams stay clean.
- Prep and prime. Sand, degrease, mask, then prime.
- Paint in coats. Light passes, full cure between each.
- Clearcoat and cure. Then 48 hours of dry time before reassembly.
- Reassemble and test. Buttons click, hinges open, screen lights up.
Turnaround is usually 5–7 business days. You get progress photos at each stage.
Pricing
From $40 CAD for a single-colour matte or gloss finish on something small (a watch case, a button cluster). Multi-colour designs, exact colour matching, and larger devices get quoted individually.
