Shipping Policy
Everything ships tracked from our workshop in North Toronto. Free shipping on orders over $150 CAD. Orders under that flat-rate at $15 CAD.
Canada
Canada Post tracked. 3–7 business days depending on destination. Toronto-area customers can opt for workshop pickup at checkout (free).
United States
Canada Post / USPS handoff with tracking. 5–10 business days standard. Express options at checkout if you need it faster.
International
We ship tracked to 23+ countries. 7–14 business days typical.

Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Every package ships with full customs documentation and a declared value matching the order total.
Returns & Refunds
14 days from the date your order arrives. Items must be in the condition we shipped them — original packaging, no signs of use beyond an initial inspection.
How to return something
- Email hello@keitextc.com with your order number and what's coming back. We'll send a return authorization (RA) and the workshop address.
- Ship it tracked at your expense. We recommend the original packaging or equivalent.
- We inspect on arrival — usually within 2 business days.
- Refund issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval.
What we cover vs. what you cover
You cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or materially different from the listing — in which case we cover both ways and refund original shipping too.
Repair service returns
Repair service orders are quoted individually and aren't subject to the 14-day return. Service work warranties are covered in your repair quote.
Privacy Policy
We collect the minimum we need to fulfil orders, and we don't sell your data.
What we collect
- Name, email, shipping address — required to ship your order.
- Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe (PCI compliant). We never see or store full card numbers.
- Order history — stored against your account if you create one, so you can re-order and track previous purchases.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data to third parties.
- We don't share your information with advertisers.
- We don't email you marketing material unless you opt in at checkout.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and track your cart. Anonymized analytics (page views, no PII) help us see what's working.
